Honourable sir/ madam,

We bought a R. O(WATER FILTER) of MAX PRO with 4 mambranes on 26/10/08 for Rs.8000.On 16/10/09 it stopped woking.I called the dealer on 18/10/09(as he had previously told me that they didn't provide service on gazetted holidays).He asked me to call on next day at 1030a.m..I called him on 19/10/09 at 1040 and he repliad that i was 10 min. late; so he cann't send the service person. Finally the service boy came on 20/10/09.He repaired it and asked to get the fiter element changed as it was approaching the annual serviceHe changed 3 membranes & adviced to get the 4th changed after 3 months for extra durability.he added that there is no use of getting all 4 be changed at once.He charged Rs.2500.Inspite of that he left the filter leaking & promised to come back in 2 days.Istead of reminder calls to dealer the boy came on 02 nov 09 ,repaired the leak & said if we wish we could have changed the 4th membrane. when we denied to get it changed at that time the dealer called us to pay extra Rs.300 for the membrane.i reminded him of his representative words to get it changed after 3 months.He pressurised to pay whether we would have get changed it later.He said,"your warranty for 1 year service would be no more valid & dont call me for service" & dropped the call without listening from my side.I called him back & he replied rudly that he didn't want to argue with me & he couldn't entertain me.He is even not ready to listen my quaries & doubts.
Plz guide me what should I do ?is it ok to pay without availing the service?
