Dear Sir,

At the outset I would like to draw your attention towards the malpractice followed by your reputed dealers and later on carried forwarded by your sales co-ordinators/ representatives and Senior Officers of your company. I would like to state my entire dilemma of buying good quantity of Bajaj products through his mail and I am definitely looking forward for a favorable response.

I am a Contractor of Government Organizations and running my business in the name of M/s Goel Trading Company and recently I had got a project of fittings of Lights in Army Married Accommodation in Delhi Cantt. In this regard I opted to purchase Bajaj EcoBox 36/40 (Qty.600 Nos.) & Bajaj eline 14d (with diffuser) (Qty. 350 Nos.). I purchased these products from M/s Spectrum Lights & Electricals, 1796, Bhagirath Palace, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110 006 vide the following Invoice No’s;-

Now I would like to explain you the problems being faced from the date of purchase. We fixed these lights in the Accommodations and from the second day onwards started receiving complaints from the users. In this regard we raised the issue with Mr. Sumit (Sales Executive) whose contact details were shared with us by the Dealer that is M/s Spectrum Lights & Electricals, when we explained our concern to him he provided us a solution of replacement of faulty goods which were accepted by him as a manufacturing defect. We received the replacement supply and again we faced the same problem by the users we again raised this issue with Mr.Sumit and he suggested us to expedite this issue with the Area General Manager of Bajaj Mr.Rahul karee 0r Mr. adarsh Singh (regional) . Mr.Rahul suggested that he would arrange a site visit by the Member of Quality team Mr. Bali Hassan (Cell No. +91-98118 27644) but till date no body appeared for the site visit and it’s been more 3 months now, till date we have got 5 replacements of Chokes which have some manufacturing defects.

Due to the above explained reasons my payments are getting delayed and might be my firm gets blacklisted and no further contracts can be issued to my firm. Finally Mr.Rahul the AGM have suggested me to complain whomsoever I feel like in Bajaj as he is unable to help me further and is ready to take up the responsibility. I didn’t expect a harsh reply from the designation of AGM of Bajaj that I should complain to whosoever I feel like.

In view of the reasons explained above please clarify as why should I feel the heat if the defect is of Manufacturing and that too of Bajaj Electricals Limited and why shall I not approach for legal aid to recover my huge payment.
