    Angry Complaint against FlipKart & Prestige

    Dear All,

    I have purchased Prestige induction cooker PIC 2.0 V2 from flipKart urgently because I shifted from delhi to mumbai and i do not have gas cylinder. I have ordered it on 4.8.2012 and I received it on 16.8.2012 so much of delay in delivery.

    Ok i have accepted delayed delivery, but apart from that this product is not working since delivered. Now me and my family taking food from outside because we need to survive. Can FlipKart or Prestige reimburse.....i think no is it

    So plssss i request to take it on priority and do the needful

    Hi,
    I ordered and confirmed and order of a laptop
    Product : HP Pavilion G6-2005AX Laptop (APU Quad Core A8/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win7 HB/ 1.5GB Graph) (Sparkling Black)( HP Branded Backpack, Coolermaster cooling pad & card reader worth Rs.2150, 2 Years Warranty ( 1 Year Onsite Accidental Damage Protection 1 Year Onsite Extended Warranty) for 35,000
    from flipkart on 29-09-2012.
    On 1st october i recieve a call from flipkart stating that they cannot provide be with the bundled freebies like the backpack, cooling pad and additional warranty.
    And the customer service is so arrogant about this, when i called them up regarding this one of them replied- "Laptop k sth ka koi bhi product nai de payenge, lena hai to lo nahi to cancel karaado." when i said that thats not fair i confirmed the order with bundled freebies i am liable to get them he replied "Company nahi de skti, case krna hai kardo kuch hath ni lagna" and on insisting of talking to some senior authority my phone was hung up.
    What kindof service is this after the order is confirmed you call up a person and say that you'll get half of what you pay for do you still want your product. The laptop was easily available at other leading sites for 32,000 but i ordered here for the extended warranty else i could only get that from NEHRU PLACE.
    But this is the service the they provide,.,.,.CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER CONFIRMING. This is really shameful act. I feel like I have been cheated by Flipkart. I mean, if the product was unavailable, they should have not confirmed my order at the first stage. I would be happy with that. But after confirming the product, how can they get back. It's like they are breaking promise and trust, which takes a long time to build. I hope this post is helpful and please share any information, if you think it's going to help me because I will probably file a case against Flipkart in a few days.
    On seeing other websites i see that this is a norm for flipkart. AVOID FLIPKART. Their time is over services have become pathetic.

    Dear,

    I am Sajeeshkumar, I have ordered a mobile through flipkart, I have made a credit card payment, the Order ID is OD21212182759.

    Order Date 12-Dec-2012
    Delivery Promise date : 17-Dec-2012

    But I have spoken 15 times to the flipkart customer care representative regarding this delivery delay, they are not able to deliver on 17th, and the consignment has reached the hud on 17th morning itself, and 18th they are not able to delivery saying the silly reason as Field executive is not available. and they updated the status as undelivered due to unavailability of customer.

    Could you please take an action against this.
