This is to take you into a picture that i have got an eureka forbes aquaguard intalled on november 2011.. From february 2012 we are getting too much problem with this product. First of all let me tell you that your customer care assistants are very rude and arrogant..then after calling regularly for 15 to 20 days they came and now this purifier water tastes sour..after calling them again and again i have to write this to you..
Please help us on this matter as soon as possible, without a proper drinking water human life is not possible. Or else take this product along with you..

Dear Eureka Forbes Team,
This is to bring to your kind notice that we bought a Eureka Forbes water purifier last year.During this one year,we have faced issues with this purifier multiple times.The water filtration was stopped on its own one fine day and we called the customer service guy.Some guy from Eureka forbes team came and said that there is some problem with the PCB and we need to get it changed. We got it replaced with a fee amount of Rs.3000/- but its been only 1-1 1/2 month that we got it replaced and now the RO has stopped working again.We call the service guy again and we were told that there is some problem with the PCB again and we need to again get it replaced. We bought this RO for Rs.15000/- and we have spent around 5000/- more on this RO till date excluding the amount that we need to pay for getting the Bisleri cans from outside and the time we are wasting on all this process.Also, due to this problem that we are facing again and again.. due to this, we are facing lot of trouble. We have paid a lot of money till date on this purifier and we were told that this piece itself have some issues. I would request you to either replace the whole piece or please return us the money that we have spent till date on this product. Obviously, the agony and problems that we have faced in this duration is something that is beyond repair.
Expecting a quick action from your side as we are facing lot of difficulties due to this.
