I am a partner of 'i- World' at HUBLI. We are trading in white goods business. We are distributors for 4 leading brands. We had signed an agreement i,e MOU (Memorandum of understanding) in presence of Orion biotech Managing director on 14/05/2012 (14th of May 2012). stating that we i- World will be their consignment agent cum super stockist for KARNATAKA. of Orion Oxy Fresh Water purifiers. for Hubli region & whole of karnataka. The company in the agreement had agreed in the agreement that it will pay us Rs- 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) as rent per month & 5% intrest on our refundable deposit. They also stated that their company sales representative will liquidate the material & we are not supposed to sell any material at our own. They commited a sale of Rs 2.5 lakhs & more EVERY month, but till today der is not a single pc sale. We paid the company Rs - 2.5 Lakhs (Two lakh fifty thousand only). They sent us the material of 20 pcs of water purifiers @ 11,027/- Each. WE have called & messaged & mailed them several no of times but not a single reply from them. Despite of continous follow up, company is not responding us. In regard to this issue we want to take legal action on this company for not paying our balance amount & not replying to any of our pleeds. This is a FRAUD company. It has also made a distributor here in DHARWAD also. Even that distributor is facing lots of problem. We still request the company directors to pay All our pending rents & intrest on our deposit & also we need our Deposit of Rs - 2.5 lakhs back as soon as possible. If it fails to do so will have to take a legal action on this company soon. The company needs to also compensate for my time & energy wastage. Government & police should help us , so that this kind of Fraud is not again done on someone else.
