We had placed the order on 04 Sept, 2012. We never received the product and it has been more than 6 months now. Here are the order details

The ordered product was not delivered for more than 50 days. Then we cancelled the order on 31 Oct, 2012. We received a confirmation email from Nisha that the refund would be completed in 15 days, it never did. We have been sending her emails since Dec 14, 2012, but no response.
Later in January 2013, a new employee Kangan Magon was contacted by me. She told me that the refund will not happen instead re-order another product. This way you will get the product faster. So as suggested I changed the order to Micromax Canvas 2.
I have been following up with them (Ritesh, Ritu, Sangeeta, Poonam, Kangan- 09212089563) since that day of re-ordering as suggested for Canvas 2. But now nor the product is been delivered not the refund is processed. I have mails send by them about order been received by me in 9-10 dys, but still no sign of the order. Later, in March, I was told to re-order for a Samsung phone rather than Micromax. So as suggested I changed it to a Samsung S7562 and I was assured immediate shipment with a confirmation email.
Everytime some or the other story, the customer service number mentioned on their website is never answered. Finally as there was no trace of the company, I had to approach the payment Gateway office of Atomtech located in Mumbai. They arranged a conference call for me with Mr. Amit Pandey on 11 Apr, 2013, where he assured me a call back in an hours time with the status. But I havent received any calls yet. I have tried contacting Amit Pandey and Shivali and Ritesh and team but no answer to any of the calls.
On Monday, 15 Apr, 2013, a conference call was arranged by Tushar from AtomTech with Ritesh from Timtara. On this call I had given him my order details and he assured me a reversal in 10 days and also informed me that I will receive a confirmation emails in three days. He also verbally informed Tushar for processing the refund. I have been waiting, but I havent received any email yet.

I called Atomtech today to check if any refund request has been sent from Timtara for my order, and they informed me that nothing is been done from Timtara.

I am trying to contact Amit Pandey everyday but he never answers the calls, dropped in many messages too but no reply. Also sent emails to their new C/C email address but still no reverts

The new customer service number updated on the website, since the arrest of your officials, is never connected to a C/S Rep and everytime it mentions that your number is noted and we will call back and no calls have been received by us.
Now it has more than 6 months from the order date and I havent received the product nor the refunds.

Could you please help me with this.

My name is Sherin John. I am from Kerala and working in Chennai. I heard that the Timtara officials were arrested by Delhi police for cheating the people. So I also want to raise a complaint against them.
On 12th December 2012 I ordered a Camera (Nikon Coolpix P510) for Rs. 18,584 from Timtara. But till today I didn't get the product or a proper communication from them. I also called to their customer care they were also didn't respond well. They told me they will dispatch the product with 24 working hours like that. Then I mailed them and asked to cancel the order. So they replied me that they will give me the money within 10 to 15 working days. But after that also they didn't respond to my mail or phone calls.

I had ordered Foam Wallet By WalletnBags,Army Style Duffle Bag By WalletsnBags,Casio Standard Watch: AE-1000W-1AVDF (D80) worth rs 1,644/- on Sun, Aug 26, 2012 at 8:15 AM.

As usually , like other complaints I saw in this court forum, I also didnot get my product so far.Its been almost one 10months but no proper response or action taken from Timtara. I don't understand eventhough it is delaying and many times not delivering the products to the customers, consumer court is not taking any significant action on timtara website.

I will be pleased if I get my money or product back.But my sincere request to create awarness in the online market that this TIMTARA IS A FRAUD site which will offer the products for the cheaper price and make customers to buy then make them to wait for long long period without responding to their calls or mails.This is regular practice for timtara.

Since we are living in India, where customers are treated like BAKARAs , I don't expect any kind of justification or response from either TIMTARA or any authorised persons who has to take action on these fraud sites.Only thing I expect is to convey my message to innocent and ordinary middle class people to beware of this worse system we are living in and fraud websites.
