    Default Aakash tab by Datawind National Disaster

    I have booked Aakash tab in the month of March and my booking ID is "PM2A3DBE2158. I have got a mail from them saying if I decide to make the payment in advance they will prioritized my delivery of Ubislate7+ in April 2012, along with free shipping. The payment was made through my cheque no. 325827 dt. 15-Mar-2012 amount Rs. 2999, drawn on HFDC bank which was cashed during last week of March 2012. Payment has been acknowledged by Aakash's payment department by email. Then they differed delivery date to 31st May 2012. But its 11th June 2012 as I write this complaint, I did not get the product till now. They have stopped replying to my emails, online enquiry/complaint. I want my money back and I would be thankful if you could help me in getting the ubislate at the earliest.

    Same thing happened to me. I send my payment 4 months ago but yet to receive anything. Even they don't receive call and pissing to reply emails.


    Don't put your complaint on public forums cause those are all for discussion and they can't do any action.


    If you really want to lodge complaint at Ministry of Consumer Affairs, go here [www][dot]core[dot][nic][dot]in [Replace dot with (.)]and register yourself.
    There after fill all required fields, put the name, address and other information of the cheating & fraud company Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd.


    After the you'll get a COMPLAINT NUMBER, by which you can track the progress.


    I have asked for full refund with interest till date including courier charges.

    I would like to inform you all that just 3 days after I lodged the complaint, they gave answer. Hope they will teach datawind a hard lession.

    I don't want to get refund of Rs. 2999/- but with courier charges and interest at-least 15% per month. I have opted the same at consumer forum & they assured to assist me.

    I think it's a time to report this scam to news media like AajTak. Send mail to AajTak and ask all your friends to do the same who are victim of the Aakash/ UBISlate scam. Please friends send mass complaint against them at reporter@aajtak.com
