The order no. PMC7281075​8C dtd 13 March 2012, the payment was made by cheque that was recd. by the company on 03 April 2012.
At the time of booking it was told that the delivery would be by the last week of April 2012. Afterwards, they told that there would be short delay and the same would be delivered by May 2012. Now they are telling the delivery would be by July 2012.
I think they are milking customers' money and will dissappear one fine morning with the accumulated funds. Further they are aquiring unjustified interest on the huge per-payment amounts fromt he customers.

Now they are not even answering the phone.

There is a lesson for chit fund companies a new way cheating people and they have to learn from Mr. Tuli.

Till date I could not trace my status on delivery and receiptsfor DD received by Datawind innovation ltd. I sent mails many time to payment@datawind.com, but no reply received yet.
When I contact to bank person for DD they said that Your DD has cased.
I tried many time to call but call was not connected when connected I haven't got any response from datawind team.

Hi Frnd,

I think Ubislate is not going to provide us tablate. I have already done payment in Feb and they promised me about Ubislate 7+ delivery till 31st may 2012.
But I am still waiting and now i am going to lodge and FIR against DATAWIND.
Please frnd, i am requesting you to come ahead and lodge complain against this organisation, because he is cheating with us and about to swallow our hard earned money.

Dear sir, I sent a cheque bearing amount 2999/- Rs. As an advance payment for ubislate7+ with phone functionalllity. The payment has been deducted from my A/C but there is no confermation made by datawind innovations till today and their e-mail id (payment@datawind.com) does not working i try a lot to send e-mail to above id. You are making fools of us, and collected the money in advance using interest of the same and not delivering the goods.
I had booked three Ubislate in Jan 2012 till date I had not recevied even a communication whether my ubislate is despatched or not.
In market Ubislate+ are being sold but you are not delivering the goods to customers like us.

Against the booking number: PZ1603070, I have sent cheque(155675 of Rs2,999 of CITI Bank) dated 06-02-2012 which was debited from my account on 24-02-2012. Till date I have received many false commitments from you support team for delivery, latest one for delivery by 14 May 2012.

I wrote many emails for status update,but no reply. Please deliver the table asap.

Tried calling they 18001802180 no response.. and most of the time it say tempory out of services.
mail bounce back as limit exceed.

I see a clear case of cheating. no product takes this much time to delivery. either the product should be shipped or pay back my money with interest

this is cheating .nobody pay the money advancely for ubi slate7+. They are collecting the money for starting their company. I think if pay advance money u will get the device with in six months .our government also supported this cheating.

Please send a request for refund to refund@datawind.com. Datawind is in a financial and production mess and other than postponing deliveries of UbiSlate 7+ without explanation is all that it can do.
