my tablet is not deliverd please deliever it fastly

I sent SBI Budaun UP India Cheque no 000361 Rs.2999/-dated 20/04/2012 which is encashed by Datawind.Yet upto date He has not deliverd the teblet
and and also not sent payment confirmation.His toll free number is not working and also not responding Emails

I have booked your product and my booking ID is "PM87E031E5A1"., in this connection I have forwarded cheque for RS.2999/- (CHEQUE NO. IS 346389 DATED 19.01.2012 AMOUNTING RS.2999/- OF CANARA BANK. Even after 8 months the company not bothered to supply the material as committed by them.

It is very hard to believe the company taking our hard earned money for nothing.

Dear Mr. Tuli,

On 12th June 2012 I received a mail form your support department stating following: “Ubislate7+ has been launched. The deliveries have been started. Your order is in process, you will receive your UbiSlate7+ within 10 to 15 working days”.

The booking for Ubislate7+ was made on 12th January 2012 vide booking no.: PM08978 against which the payment the payment was sent on 9th February 2012 vide DD No.: 125096 of amount ₹2999.00 (Copy enclosed) which was later acknowledge by your support team via email dated 12th March 2012 stating that you will receive the Tablet very shortly.

It has been 26 weeks 1days (all most six months) now I haven’t had any news about the delivery of the same after repeated requests for delivery at your website. There has been no news about delivery of the Tablet till date.

I want to know the status of dispatch and also how can you Pre-Book Ubislate7+ for Aug 2012 delivery when you haven’t dispatched Feb 2012 bookings?

I therefore requested you to ether send the Ubislate7+ or refund the money with interest as early as possible.

For your information this is the final reminder for the same otherwise I have no other option than go to the Consumer Court.

I have booked the datawind ubislate ( Akash II) tablet from Grace Enterprises Pune.

Paid booking amount Rs. 500/- in cash on 5th February 2012. I was informed the Tab will be delivered within 40 to 60 days.

I have not recd the same till date, the phones are not answered the mails not reverted.

I got a revert on Mail finally on 1st Aug. when I wrote a very bitter mail blaiming the company of Fraud by collecting 500/- In Cash from thousands of people.

In that also Mr. RAvindra Daswani just mentioned I can take my 500/- back. Not ready to give any delivery status for my booking.

My Complaint is they have used the funds of thousands of people without any audit and any interest and just saying take it back if someone complaints that too after 7 Months. Though a single 500/- may not be big amount the collective amount must be really huge.

what am I supposed to do. I have mailed on every mail they own:support/Baldeep/Simrandeep/Rajat mehra/Payment. I have called to every number I have.

I HAVE ORDERED UBISLATE 7+ DURING NOV 2011 AND WAITING AND WAITING BASED ON DATA WIND MSG: "ORDER TAKEN AND WILL INFORM SHORTLY AFTER READY FOR DESPATCH".......BUT AFTER 8 MONTHS NO STATUS OF THIS ORDER. WHEN I CONTACTED BY TOLL FREE NO:18001802180.......EVEN RING IS NOT GOING AND ALWAYS GET REPLY "TEMPERARRLY NOT IN USE"
I HAVE GIVEN MAIL DURING MAY 2012 AND RECD PROMPT REPLY AFTER 2 WEEKS TO GIVE ADVANCE SO THAT ORDER WILL EXECUTE ON PRIORITY.. I HAVE GIVEN ADVANC CHEQUE DURING JUNE 2012 AND RECD REPLY DURING 12th JULY 2012 MENTIOING "UR TABLET WILL BE DELIVERED DURING AUG 2012" .BUT AGAIN BY JULY 29TH I RECD MAIL MENTIONING UBISLAT WILL BE DELIVERED DURING SEP 2012.
I DON'T WHETHER I WILL RECEIVE DURING SEP 2012 OR AGAIN THEY WILL POST PONE DELIVERY!!

HOW MAY LAKH PEOPLES ARE WAITING FOR TAB AFTER PAYING ADVANCE PAYMENT AND WHAT IS TOTAL CRORE RUPPEE KEEPING IN ADVANCE W/O DELIVERING ON TIME ??.. PLS COMMIT CLEAR DELIVERY DATE AND ADHERE TO EXECUTE ON THE PROMISED DATE SO THAT BAD IMAGE WILL GET CLEARED

I had booked one Ubislate 7+ tablet PC on February 2012. Booking id
is PM6EBE8.

After receiving intimation mail. I had sent the
Cheque for Rs.2999/- on 08-2-2012. Vide Cheque no: 004437 HDFC
Bank.

Above said Cheque is realized on 18-2-2012.

I got the acknowledgement receipt from also.

But still now no delivery information is avail in the site.

No proper response for my earlier mail, contact number also not
picked by any one.

All these activities are lead to negative thought about him.

Kindly do the needful.

No response from Datawind so far, also you people not responding to mail or call.
When you going to deliver the product. Atleast Respond to the mail or call.

Hi All,

I am another common person who is duped for my money by Datawind with false promises of delivering the tablets and simply refuses to. My payment was realized by them in March and promised delivery in April/ May. With numerous mails and tries to connect to them for a positive reply or the delivery status of the device, either there is a failure in sending the mail and the support phone number is never answered.

Randomly whenever they feel please I get an automated message -
"We sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your order .Due to some unforeseen circumstances the deliveries have been delayed. Your order is already in process, you will surely get your device in (next month or so)"

I have also written to them for a refund but they revert back with a promise to deliver this time for sure.

Can someone suggest if any action can be taken with these fraudsters and if there is anyone out there who has actually received the tablets?

Eagerly awaiting to get this sorted.
