I repeatedly tried to contact Datawind support no.- No response.
I repeatedly sent emails- many times delivery failed.
They replied my 13th May email and maid new promise-


2nd committment -- on 22/05/2012- You will get the delivery of your device within 15th May to 31st May.


After 31st May I again repeatedly sent emails- (many times delivery failed0 & tried to contact Datawind support no.- No response.
Few times they picked up phone& prefer not to reply while I was able to hear background conversation.


In June once some one picked up my phone and responded very politely about new date, before asking my booking Id -


3rd committment -- you will receive tab before 30th June.



After that sent about 10-12 emails but no reply.
Again they are not even answering the phone.




I have requested many times about delivery or refund but they are not replying.

I think it's a time to report this scam to news media like AajTak. Send mail to AajTak and ask all your friends to do the same who are victim of the Aakash/ UBISlate scam. Please friends send mass complaint against them at reporter@aajtak.com

Sir, I have booked the Ubislate 7+ on Feb and cheque no.483587 given Rs.2999/- of ICICI bank on Feb-Mar,2012 and recd acknowledge mail from datawind on Mar-2012.

I have been requested to datawind and called them so many times but i thought that they are collecting the money first and invest in market rapidly for all customers in general and don't want to give the same Ubislate 7+ in time, while they are advertise attractive matter in web site.

I understand that, you know the matter but as a alert indian this is my duty to tell you, i request to you treat the matter seriously for all customers in general as we are customers-people thinking that our ministers are always advertise very better and cheapest thing to the people but neither execute it properly nor support them.

Pls. do the needful & expecting your response.

With reference to the above, I have booked the Ubislate from the month of February and I got information from data wind after one reminder on 25.03.2012 to send the payment and they positively deliver the Ubislate 7+ in the month of may. I sent payment vide HDFC Cheque vide its No. 910657 dtd.02.04.2012 for Rs. 2,999/- towards the payment of the UBISLATE 7+. My reference No. is PM583773E792. But till to date I have not received my Ubislate 7+, please inform me where I have to login a complaint in this regard

As you are an advocate, please do something against this joint scam by Govt. and Datawind. I mentioned earlier that we should report this to media in mass. Just an example, as per Mr. Tuli's (CEO of Datawind) letter they are getting thousands of orders daily. They are cheating common people and collecting money since last 7-8 months. So, just a simple calculation - if they got 1000 orders per day and 50% people pay advance amount, it's a huge figure.

Daily - 500X2999 = 14,99,500 (nearly 15 lac daily)
Monthly - 14,99,500X30 = 4,49,85,000 (nearly 4.5 cores)

They are taking pre-order since last 7-8 months so 4.5X8=36 cores.

It's just a rough calculation; The actual amount is much bigger I guess as per population of computer literate person in India.

i think it is waste of timing that booking ubi7+ and waiting for the delivery.they are not responding to the emails.i think they are purely cheating the customers by taking their money.i think the delivery may not be possible. i dont know what is the problem for delivery.no product will take this much time.

Helllo to all yaar im also experiencing the same.. DataWind has not delivered my requested item (Booking ID is PM74D5C3FF99) to even i already have made the required payment by DD-004083 -Rs. 2,999 of AXIS BANK- and it has been almost 3+ months. Im also trying to get in touch with them but they are not responding even my mails and few days back I found the same that their emails are also not working and getting mail failure due to the same error "quota exceeded".

Now im going to file an RTI and gonna mark to the Govt Representatives for this.. why they are cheating people.. why govt are not taking action against them.

but if anyone found any solution or any positive response please update us..

i am sorry to announce this.there are no more ubislate or ubislate7 tablets those who have payed money are in loss as your ubislate 7 tablets wont be delivered in your lifetime your money are gone.

This is bring to your kind notice that ,I was purchased 1 Aakash Ubislate 7 Tablet from registered internet ID with the name of seventymm (On line website) on 30-5-12, It was delivered me on 7th June'12, at my address, but due some problem in that product i was called to replace that product in the same website.

The One executive would collect that Product to my address on 22nd june'12, and give the surity to replace within 3-4 working days, Today is 9th july , in between i called lots of times there but i am enable to get positive response from .

Kindly please help me in this matter .
