    Default Nokia BH-503 battery not working with-in a month

    i ordered Nokia BH-503(a bluetooth headset) from Naaptol.com under the hot deals. it shipped from naaptol.com on 24Feb,2012.
    the service from naaptol is good and i started using it.first 10 day i had no issues in the performance of the bh-503. if charge it fully i was able to use it for 3-4 hr. a day.

    but since last 4-5 days even if i charge this bh-503 for whole night. it's battery goes off with-in 10 minutes of use, it started making sound like its battery went off.
    i posted this problem on naaptol site yesterday,but i think their site-administrator doesn't allowed it to be there.

    i asked in that post whom should i contact?? Nokia or Naaptol ?

    i doubt if this product is original? don't expect this bad degradation in performance with-in 3 weeks.

    the first reply i got from crm@naaptol.com is i should have contacted them in first 24 Hr only.(as per manufacturer warranty).when i asked them ab't manufacturer and warranty details. i got the reply :

    i wrote to them only. what does this reply means ? keep customer in loop.
    after that i wrote one more mail to them yesterday, in which i asked about any unique number for the identification of my device @ Nokia end, for which i did not get any reply.


    please help me to resolve the issue.

    during the telephonic conversation you stated that you can not provide me the Manufacturer details and specific number of my product so it can be identified by Nokia. why is that so??
    is it not the product from the nokia? if it is then why you are reluctant to provide me the information. that too Naaptol people are telling me over the phone, why can't you reply to the mail which i sent to crm@naaptol.com provided by you only.

    i am not requesting to Naaptol to repair my product.i am just asking you provide me the Manufacturer details and specific number of my product so it can be identified by Nokia.
    i guess it is a duplicate one and that's why naaptol is reluctant and product performance went down in first 10 days .

    I have also faced same issue with Naaptol. This is third grade company selling duplicate products. My headset is also not getting charges and when i have contacted Naaptol, they have simply refused to replace the product and told me to contact nokia customer care. The problem here is nokia is not entertaining my complaint simply becase this headset is not the original headset.

    Don't know what to do...but i am sure that Naaptol people are bas####d and we should never buy any products from this site. Also let others know this problem of Naaptol and stop them from dealing with Naaptol.
