i have purchased logitech earphone for my computer. it was seal pack at that time but when i return to my place and open the box i found that it was broken from joints. when i went to seller he said " he cant do any thing in that go to service center". at the service center they said company did not pack the broken piece and refuse to replace and repair it.

what can i do...???? i am helpless....
