I bought a data card from Idea (Netsetter) and it has not been working for the last 3 days in spite of having validity. I get the message saying that "Connection to remote computer could not be established" . I have registered a complaint with their customer care which they say will take 48 hrs before they respond.
The company should have a method of complaint redressal which is faster.
