I Have booked I have DOMO N8 slate on 8/01/12 order No-908871399 and i have received 12/01/12 when I opened the courier ,I found seal of the product is already broken and so much of scratches on screen of it , It is look like one or more year old stuff at first i called then from another no. they has not given me complaint number after complaining from my mobile which is registered with them then they have given me My Complain no is 69322823. i have returned the product for refund by Pefex courier on 17th jan'12 doc no-770032396613. they inform me that your complaint is under process it will take 7 working days till 29th jan'12 but suddenly i have rcd a courier from homeshop18 they returned me same old product after laminate it. help me what i should do
