I had booked a hp pandrive on 10.01.2012 through Koovs.com vide order No. 430992. I was told that within six working days I will get my set as per company's rule. But it is surprising that after a lapse of 15 days I am not getting any proper reply from Help Line of Koovs.com nor my product has been delivered sofar.
