ID:	5544Sir i had purchage a Wespro Tablet Pc MOdel No. 786 and the price of this tablet is Rs 6295 and i purchage from Naaptol.com shoping websites and this product does not support any types of data card to browsing internet on it and i had purchage a data card also for it whose cost is Rs 1300 this tablet is totaly bad and my money will be refundaable or the product will be changed and order no. of the product is 2516157 my contact details are as follows

    Sir i had purchased a Wespro Tablet Pc MOdel No. 786 and the price of this tablet is Rs 6295 from Naaptol.com [COLOR=#009900 !important]shoping
    website on 12.11.11 and that product was not working when we are receiving , we have given lots of compalints to customer care of Wespro but they are not responding please do the needful

    We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

    JS associates,
    2, Mangesh Industrial estate ,
    Subhash Nagar,
    Mulund Link Road.
    Nahur West,
    Mumbai- 400 078.
    Land mark Behind Designo Furniture Showroom.

    Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same. and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).

    Request you to duly pack the product in the same original box that you had received along with the accessories at the time of delivery.

    Also, ensure proper packing of the product is done, any defect during transit Naaptol will not be held responsible.

    On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [2641782] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

    Please put the copy of invoice received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund.

    Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

    It would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & we would initiate the refund and the same would be couriered to you within 10-12 working days.

    Request your patience in the interim.

    Hi Team,
    I have purchased the from "Napptol" site called "Wespro Touch Screen Tablet PC with 3G" having Product ID "877743" and order ID "524579" (on Naaptol).
    But as i have read and mention the product feature is not working for me like
    1) IT is very very slow
    2) 3G connection is not working (I have tried with IDEA and Reliance and Airtel Data card)
    3) Screen rotation is not working. (I have attached as attachment)
    4) many placed in the application which we are not able to come back to previous application like after on the camera we can not come back to home or to other place.
    5) Batteries taking long time to charge; to i have put tablet for charge on teh 1:20 PM and after checking 15 min interval i have found at 5:30PM it chared only 35% only (as per system indication)
    6) Many other small issue which going to takie time.

    After this impression i have only one decision that please give me my money back and please take appropriate action on the respective seller.
    Please do take the respective action and let me know. what to do next.

    i use HUAWEI E156G internet device connecting with the product?
    but search network show error while searching for network then auto
    search unable to connect to this network at this time.please try again later

    Question battery mah 1450, promise was 2400 mah,3G ?

    My second issue is battery Mah is only 1450 in this model, in advertise it was claimed 2400 Mah, your custmer care guys do not giving sattisfactory answer, they telling use it with wifi.
    kindly also tell me what is difference between S714 & K714 model. & why we got 1450 Mah model?
