I have bought a Transcend 1TB Storejet 25H3P external hard disk. I had dropped the unit from my table, and it stopped working. . So I applied for the warranty. I went to Delhi in August mid, 2011 and gave the external Hard Drive to Accel Care Center, (Madhuban Building, 55 Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019). They said after 45 days I will get my replacement. It is now January 10th, 2012. I still don't have my replacement. When I called the showroom, they said it was a problem with Transcend of India. I don't care whose fault it is. I just want my replacement. I went for transcend because of the quality of service. Now I am getting no service at all.
