i applied for the replacement of moserbaer hard disk on 11th november in accel frontline service center of moserbaer. after 47 days the returned my own hard disk as it is with nonworking condition by saying that it is replaced. i again make a call to moserbaer customercare. then they asked me to returned it to service center and they will process it within 1 week. on 29 november i again submit it to accel frontline service center of moserbaer. now it is approximately 10 days gone. they did not given me any response.
i am requesting you to please help me. first they made fool of me by sending me my own non working hard disk and now they still not working to their promise.
