I locked a complaint of my projector on 26/11 at viewsonic customer care which is under warranty . (complaint id IDRD111200001)

Same day executive visit at my place ,told me that board is dead and it will replaced in next 4-5 working days. In between many times , I call customer care for no visit of viewsonic engineers

Today when i call customer care executive, they fraudly told me that ur board is replaced on 10 Dec.and call is closed now.



I surprised that no body visit at my place and nor my board replaced but call is closed from viewsonic side.

I again call viewsonic about this but they told me register your complaint again and we will see.

plz help me in this
