I placed an online order with Lynx-India, a Chandigarh based company for Darkvoice 3322 headphone amplifier a year ago. I cannot post the site link as i have not crossed the 15 post forum limit. In spite of my repeated reminders, the amplifier has not yet been delivered nor has a refund been issued. The dealer cannot be approached personally as i stay in Thane, Maharashtra.

The order details are:
Product: Darkvoice 3322 headphone amplifier.
Cost: Rs. 26,424.73
Item ordered on: 22/10/2010
Dealer received payment on: 27/10/2010 via online NEFT transfer.
Dealer Order ID: Lynx-5765.

Till now all that the owner of the company, Mr. Amarbir Singh Dhillon has given me are false promises, the last being that he will solve my pending order by Diwali. Kindly help me out in this matter. Dealers like these are the main reason Indians avoid shopping for goods online.
