with due respect i m rakesh kumar panda from orissa. i bought a pendrive from hyderabad on 9th june. due to some problem i sent it to transcend service centre i.e accessfrontline ltd.chennai on 22nd august.as per their word i should get that with in 45 days. but till now i've not got it. when i m calling them for my pendrive they are telling me tht to call after some days. my call id is "732dc" there. so what should i do. plz help me sir.....
