    Post Faulty DVD Writer Warranty Refused.

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased a DVD Writer of Samsung on 20-06-09 for one month it worked fine, but suddenly it started creating problems.

    I went to 602 Vishal Bhavan,95 Nehru Place Samsung Service Centre on 25-08-09, the representative opened up the DVD writer and said that the card is burned and it is not in the warranty.
    You can get it repaired it from the market.

    I want to submit that it was not by our fault that the pcb of the drive burned you should give the warranty it is just 2 month old. But he insisted that We are unable to provide the warranty.

    The Drive is just 2 month old. So you are kindly requested to please assist regarding the same.

    Dear Sir,

    Such complaints are not covered under warranty terms and conditions. But, we would like to suggest you to take second openion from another service centre. You can also forward your complaint to the Head Office of the Samsung company for some help.

    Default Dealer Provided Faulty DVD Writer

    Dear Sir

    Today 30th September 2009, I have purchased a New SAMSUNG DVD writer for my PC from a dealer Top-N-Town, 10, Akash Deep Complex, P.L.Sharma Road, Meerut. He did't checked the product and assured me this is samsung product which is not required to check. I installed the writer but it was not working, even not reading DVD's & CDs
    I went back to dealer & asked him to replace the product but he did't listen to me and directed me discourteously for a Samsung Service Center. At Service Center there was no any service engineer available. However the helped me little bit to sort out the problem, they checked the card. They told me to call me tomorrow or after 15 days. But this Bad for SAMSUNG. I will not purchase samsung product in future. The Samsung dealer is not listening, the service center is working as collection center. The Samsung customers care is also helpless.
    What to do Sir.
