Dear sir/madam,

I am writing to complain againts XFX Graphic card company. i bought this graphic card about 7moths ago from compuware. Recently my graphic card is not working properly (sometimes working). so i submitted it to my nearest service center (Rashi peripherals limited) on 25 aug 2011. day before yesterday i called rashi peripherals to know the status of my hd 4670 and they said that they have the graphic card , so today i went to pick it up, but that time they said because of some CID problem they nither can repiar nor can give the warranty. they void the warranty.

i only want to inform you that fault dosent happend from my end. the rashi peripherals limited recived my graphic card after checking manually and they said it will be repaired as soon as possible and will inform me in due time. if the problem occured from my end then why did they received my graphic card. so i need full warrenty from xfx or refund my money.

I am looking consider forward to a satisfactory reply from XFX.
