am balamurugam me bought a laptop 9months ago.my service tag no is(DX6Y7N1) INSPIRON N4030 model.after buy the laptop i was check my all parts that time the RAM is only 2GB.am really shocked after i kept the laptop went to the same shop.they r replace the ram in to 2gb to 3gp.then one day my brother send the file to my mbl the file is not transfer.me called the same shop and registered the complaint.buthe said this is only company problem u call the customer care they only solve the problem "he said".after i was called the customer care and reg my complaint.they said with in one week techanican may will come solve the problem "he said".but still now no one come did not solve my problem.
many times i was called they reluctant to help of me some officers r with out response disconnect the call. am really disappoint.plz take action and solve my problem its my humble request i beg u sir.me facing the problems r left@right mouse button touch pad and bluetooth is also not working. many times i reg my complaint but no one can help me.am waaiting for your response..
