I purchased a graphic card (XFX GeForce 9800GTX 512MB GDDR3) from a local retailer in bhopal named :

3, Phase V, Ankur Complex
Stop # 6, Shivaji Nagar
Bhopal (M.P)

I purchased the card for 15,900 Rupees on 11-Nov-2008 and the card came with 3 years warranty. Recently in the month of June 2011 the card started giving problem
(GPU artifacts). I gave it to the retailer for repairs/replacement on 18-Jun-2011. Since then it has been 2 months 19 days and the retailer has not given the card back. Please tell me what should i do. The serial number of my Graphic card is J6F226789. I have the original bill indicating the purchase date and purchase amount. I also have the acknowledgement receipt from the retailer stating the date on which i gave the card for repairs, the model number of the card with signature of the retailer.
