I sold a hard disk 2 years back .its make was western digital leading company in hard disk manufacturing.There was a problem in hard disk .i called on their services toll free no. 18002005789 They told me send it through courier .i send this hard disk to them in a well packed condition on 8-07-2009.They send it to me back by 21-07-09 through LB courier.This courier company didn't contact me because i was not in their location They didn't even called me to pick the material.By result it was back to the service centre in Delhi to RT outsourcing services B-81 okhla industrial area delhi.Then i request them to send it by On dot courier They told me we will send it soon.but today is 1 month and 11 daysfor this i didn't get any hard drive replacement .in between i called them many times they always give me fake replies that we have send it through On Dot courier .when i ask for the docket no.they told me sysstem in process we will soon tell u and it will surely reach towards you within one or two days .but still they are not replying properly after one and half month .even they cut off my call or ask me for hold for min 10 min.
Still now they are not giving me any surity for this .
Now me and my customer are waiting and we don't have any surity abt it when we got it .In between i gave a backup hard drive to customer that is also get problem and i m in big loss and my company's reputation is going down
plzzz tell them this could not be done with any customer
plzzz help me for this
