i have registered a complaint before 2 months and still hcl is not takind action about this problem. once my hcl motherboard is replaced but at the same time engineer has picked RAM for replacement as it is malfunctioning. my complaint id is 8400006135 .i have talked to many seniors of hcl but they only assured me to solve the problem early as possible but i m facing too much problem due to this ,


so i requested you thorough this mail kindly look into the matter so that it is to be solved
