I had purchased 512 DDR1 RAM from Ambitious computers on first floor near agarwal sweets Opposite Atta market in Januray 2011. At the time of purchasing that the RAM have gurantee upto one year. But by chance my RAM is not working in that case i brought that RAM to the shopkepper. At that time he took the RAM and told me that please come after 4 to 5 days in the evening. When i visited to that shop on saturday(27/08/2011) then the shopkeeper denies to change the RAM or replace the RAM.

Please help us because warranty period written on RAM is 10/10.
