Dear Sir,
I have bought one data card Tata Photon+, 3.1 Mbps from one of their agent.
I decided to go for prepaid for the plan 850@5 GB, which offers 5GB
download @ 3.1MBps and 128 KBps thereafter, but this person who is a big
fraud told me if you go for post paid you can download unlimited @3.1 MBps,
so I go for postpaid and found a horrible service with a very poor bandwidth
and speed and adding to that i.e. if I download 1MB it is showing that I have downloaded 8MB.
I complained to customer care they responded but of no use.
They even came to my place and tried convinced me that every thing is ok with
the service. After half a dozens of complains I decided to discontinue the service
so I contact with the customer care to quit my connection, they asked me to
pay the due bill and send an emai to
customercare.kolkata@tatatel.co.in, I paid the
bill online and send the service withdrawal email.
Since then it is becoming horrible for me. Every month one of their agents call me
and asked me to pay the due bill, they sometime threaten me to take action if I don't
bill, sometime speaking in a harsh or rude voice and this call every month comes from
different agents and different number, everytime I tell them I stopped using the data
card and they say we are looking into the matter.
And now after six months they send me a Legal Notice thorugh an advocate (Arun Goswami)
threatening me to pay a due amount of Rs. 1835/- within 7 days.
So bottom line is Tata Tele service is looting customers openly with a worst service.
First forcing to go to Post paid plan because that is the best way to loot money.
I will be definitely take legal action against this FRAUD,CHEATERS and THIEVES but
I am writing this here to make others aware that don't use this service.
