Default Dealer refuses to replace warranty SMPS

I brought an Oddesey SMPS on 14th February,2008. The product was offered one year replacement warranty.

In December 2008, the SMPS started problems. It was handed to the dealer for replacement. He gave an SMPS for temperory use. On connecting the temperory SMPS, my computer's mother board was spoiled. I paid Rs 500 to repair the motherboard. The temperory SMPS was replaced with a Nav-Tech SMPS. On January 8th, this nav-tech SMPS also was not working. That SMPS handed over to the dealer for replacement, but the dealer delaying to replace saying different reasons.

    Hello,
Dealer cannot refuse to replace the faulty SMPS, if it is warranty period, do one thing send a notice to the dealer and mention the problem you are facing, and give him the 15 days time period for the replacement.
Contact us again after 15 days if the dealer still refuse to change.
Note: Send notice through the registered post and also attach the photocopy of the bill.

    Thnaks
