i had gone to buy a switch for networking bt the retailer provided me wid a hub saying that its a switch...
and as i was d old customer of that shop so when i bought d product, he didnt give me d bill as he said that there is electricity cut so the computer system will not start and can collect the bill next day..
but when i visited the shop next day then he refuses to give me d bill and when i checked d hub even it was also not wroking so i again contacted him then he said that come after 2 days..
again when i visited d shop then again he give me time of one day more. this process repeated for 3-4 times. and tomorow i go to that shop then he again said one day more. then i asked him to refund my money back bt he uses rash language to me and give me my faulty hub back . when i visited d service center to repair it then they said its a 3 yrs old product and its being repiared many times so not its of no use...means the retailer had sold me a repaired product
so what action can i do against the retailer as i have no bill provided.......as it was totally on mutual understanding
