i am using tata photon+ since 10 months. i have given many complaints regarding of slow speed network.
But they have closed all the complaints without any solution and also they are saying this is not our network problem,so better to change your laptop instead of device.

See they are not able to give the solution for the problem and they are giving free suggestion to change the laptop.
what a funny things they are doing.

i bought my laptop with 47k,so i can't change my laptop then i gave the request to terminate the tata photon account.

they agreed to disconnect my network.

please friends don't take tata photon+ .

Before taking they are saying you can get 3.1Mbps speed

if you ask when you couldn't reach 3.1Mbps they will say tata photon max speed is 500 to 600Kpbs.

Even though you can't get that much speed also.
As per my and my friends experience TATA PHOTON SPEED IS max 100 -140Kpbs.

for this speed they are charging almost 1000Rs P.M

This is worst service................
