i hve order two cd's of microsoft windows 7 to dell customer in march 2011. Bt i received only one of them.. I tok to them around 10 to 20 they always said that we will refund your 1 cd payment.. Bt yet now i dnt recived anycall ya refund cheque from then.. I made payment 4 ths directly from my account to them.
