Submit Complaint..I have a WD portable hard disk 1TB and it is not working. I have been calling them and even mailing to their support email address but they are just giving new dates for courier pick up but not showing up for the same.
What to do now any suggestion?

WD Elements Hard Disk 2 TB I have got a replacement for the faulty WD Elements 2TB External Hard disk. The new hard disk is also not working , Getting Data Error (Cycle Redundancy Check) and unable to format it. When I tried to RMA, it is not allowing as the drive is a replaced one.
If they Replace a faulty hard disk , what is my fault in it. This is very bad product in terms of quality as well as service
