    Dear Sir

    I am nasir khan i am postpaid idea consumer my mobile no. is 9911420953 I am trying to convert my postpaid connection into prepaid from 2 may2011. but I am daily talking with idea customer care about to change my connection they replying our person will come to you and will give you sim and clear all dues but not telling how and when he will come .Customer care people are not taking any intrest in my problem.
    who will give my extra bill payment and other charges i am giving in talking with customer care.
    please help me to overcome from this problem

    Post poor network coverage, call drop, worst cust servi

    dear idea,

    i am feeling very bad to say that i am not satisfied with your
    services...my name is sushil kumar and i am an actor from mumbai and
    my idea no is 8108571574...this no belong to my profession and its
    very important for me...i am using it for last more than 1 year and
    have good usage of monthly calling and regular GPRS user (u may check
    the records)...but i am facing network problem in some particular
    areas and i am surprised to see that the vodaphone network is pretty
    good in the same areas where ur idea is fail to get even a little
    signal...it goes out of range where vodaphone is having full
    coverage... so am going through a very poor network circle these
    days...tell me folks whats the fun of shouting GET IDEA...GET
    IDEA...why should someone get idea...i was planning to convert this
    number in to a postpaid connection but here i am very sad with this
    kind of poor network range...I AM LOOSING JUST BECAUSE OF UR POOR
    NETWORK...I AM NOT GETTING MY MOST IMPORTANT CALLS...
    the areas are here:
    1) klick nickson studio, chandivali junction, andheri east (most
    important for me and no network range over there) 0 network
    2) L.J.road mahim (just near by ur idea gallery) very poor network coverage
    and i am very sad to say that i hav already complaint about this twice
    you may check the records and no action has been taken.. and today
    just 30 mins ago when i called up ur customer service an female cce on
    ur 198 picked up my call (named versha) she talked in a very rude
    way...denied to escalate my call to network deptt and said me to
    disconneced the call and switch the service to any other company
    (portebility)...after a huge round of argument she transfered call to
    a boy name vishal who assisted me likewise and was not able to give me
    any resolution...tell me is this the service u r providing for that
    we should GET IDEA? very very bad of you people...your cce on helpline
    nos have no sense how to talk and assist with a customer...
    at last i would say that i will use idea till i hav balance left in my
    idea no and GPRS package validity...and after that i will switch my
    number happily to vodaphone...i cant loose my important calls anymore
    dear..and you people damm care about your customer...
