Hi,

I have purchase 512MB DDR RAM from one of our local computer hardware dealer but it doesn't work properly and at purchase time he told me 3 year warranty. so i go back to him for replacement he took my RAM and give me commitment of 8 to 10 days of replacement.

But after 20 days with lots of effort from my end to get my replaced RAM they send me the old one defected RAM without any replacement. rather than that my RAM is still in Warranty i have used in just 4 months.

please help me what to do..
