Dear Sir

I need your advice on following matter.

I had paid 10,50,000 to builder for under construction flat at Faridabad(Triveni Infrastracture,Triveni Galaxy-, Haryana which builder promised to complete in 3 year, they have started construction and completed only Ground floor.

After that they have stopped work, and whenever we asked the reason they gave some false reason.

There are more then 2000 members who booked the flat but none of them have any status or any commitment when we will get the home or if we want our money back.


Kindly advice me what can we do ?
What compensation we can claim from him
