I have purchase a 320 GB WD HDD it was working fine but suddenly its stopped working and I launched complain to their customer care Tuesday 01-03-2011, where they told me that I have purchased HDD does not come in this region.

After have so many email conversation and telephonic conversation they changed the region code and supplied me the RMA No : (82583315) and docket no : 21801010, which was dispatched on 29-03-2011.

since then I am continuously email them and contacting them but there is no positive response, when I was try to track docket no (which was carried by speed man courier services) it was say that its still intransic but after few days the same docket number become invalid !! I was in big shock so I again called Western Digital, they told me that they have some issue with the courier company and dispatching new HDD, but I haven't yet received my HDD.

I haven't seen any company who take so much time in replacement of such a little thing,So I here by request the concerned authorities please look into the matter and take some hard actions against them so I get the replacement of the same as early as possible and oblige.
