I've bought a MTS data card on 5th Jan 2011 and MTS - datacard company gave me assurance that you will get rebook shoes, i've registered on the required website and as of now, i've not got the rebook shoes. Whenever i call MTS company they tell me you will get as soon as possible when i ask for time they say as soon as possible. Now, i dont they will give so need to escalate. Why they give wrong commitment to the customer. Need your help to resolve issue with your help charge penalty to MTS company or they should return my money for MTS-mblaze datacard.
