I have purchased one choclate tin for Rs. 196/- on 29-05-2011 vide receipt No 41048. On opening the box at my home I felt an unpleasant smell from the tin. When I tasted the choclate I found it vey sour. Immediately I approached the Manager of the stores and requested to replace the choclate tin.He claimed that it was good and refused to replace the non palatable choclates. He has refused to give the contacts of his superiors. To my protest I have returned the choclate box to the Manager, which he readily accepted happily.
