i have applied for Loan on LCD in CROMA, but they filled wrong application, and they put my name in Defaulter without checking proper details, and when i was go there to check my status of my application they told me we can not process the documents we need office address too, and if we process it without office address, you should go under defaulter, and than i applied in other electronic show room, and they told me you are defaulter because croma has put your name in defaulter. so how can we remove it??????

one side croma told us we never process it, so how can my name come in CIBIL?????
