I'm Raviraj Panchal from Delhi.I have complaint about DELL company.
I had purchased my new Dell laptop model Inspiron N5010 in the month of july which was delivered to me on 25th July 2010. With the laptop it was supposed to deliver Dell Bluetooth Headset also which was not delivered at that time.
when i had asked about the reason to the customer care they told me that it is out of stock which was not informed by the salesperson who had taken my order during my purchase.Then when i forced them to give me any information about that then they gave me an email which states that:

1) Receipt of Headset by end of September
OR
2) Receipt of Bluetooth mouse in lieu of headset upon receipt of your confirmation.
OR
3) Upgrade of your existing NBD warranty support to Complete cover (Applicable only for the orders confirmed with NBD support)

I had opted option first which was my first priority from the above given option.
Now from the september i'm contacting them and they say that within 8-10 days you will get that but it's been a one and a half month passed but still not recieved the product and every time i get the same answer.

I don't know what to do as i'm really frustrated by this.
Please tell me what action can be taken.I have complete Bill in which it is clearly mentioned about the bluetooth headset.
please help me.
