I booked a consignment through Blazeflash courier Ltd, Parliament Street Branch, New Delhi on 14.9.2010 vide receipt No.114980997 to be delivered to Rahul Gautam, L-503, Cosmos, Magarpatta, Hadapsar, pune. Consignment has not been delivered so far to the consignee. I have been pursuing this matter vigoursly with the company since 17.9.2010. The report of non delivery of the consignment has been noted by the company as complaint No. 64 & 77 but no action has been taken to deliver the consignment to consignee so far I have spoken to over the phone several times to Sh. prakash Bhagat, Branch Manager, Parliament Street branch, Ms Priyanka, monitoring the complaints in the corporate office, Jhandewala, New Delhi and Sh. Kriplani, Executive Head in the corporate office, New Delhi.
The consigment booked through Blazeflash Courier Ltd contains two DVD's of ceremonial function of birth of my grand son. These DVD's were got prepared at a cost Rs.10,000/-. The missing of the consignment has not only put me in financial loss but has forced us to suffer mentally. I request that the matter may be taken up to resolve
