    Default Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd. - INSULTING AND MISBEHAVING

    Dear Sir,

    I am Abhishek Rathi, and I am from delhi.

    I purchased a graphics card "Product Code: PVT40F256D XFX GF 6800ULTRA 256MB DDR3 DUAL DVI" on 29-Apr-2008. This was sold by "Multilink Systems & Services, New Delhi" with 3 years warranty.

    Due to some reason the above said product stopped working, and I gave it for repairs on 8-Sep-2010 (RMA No: 4935) to Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd., Nehru Place branch. They asked me to call after 4 days to know the status.
    Today (14-Sep-2010) when I called to Rashi Peripheral's Nehru Place branch, I spoke to Mr. Kamal Kumar (Service Engineer). He said that there is some component failure so my case had been put up for an approval, and they are also waiting for the same.
    I just asked him that the component failure can be due to malfunction of your product, so you are responsible to repair it as the product is still under warranty.

    Then suddenly Mr. Kamal Kumar started talking to me RUDELY and in a SHREWED manner saying "jab tak ki hum aap ko mana nahi karte repair karne se, tab tak aap kuch nahi bologe, chup rahiye aur baad mein call kar ke pata kar lena ki approval aya ya nahi. (untill and unless we tell you that we will not repair your product, you cannot say anytihng to us, so shut your mouth and call us when the we get reply of your approval)".

    I want to ask you what kind of people do Rashi Peripherals employ who do not have any sense or etiquette about code of conduct with their customers.

    I said him that I am a customer, and you have no right to know whats going on with my product. I have paid my hard earned money, and i can even go to consumer court for my rights.
    He immediately replied ki "ab to aap pahele consumer court chale jaao, fir hume call karna (now you go to consumer court first then only you come to us asking about your product).

    To my surprise, I never thought to get such kind of response from such a reputed company like Rashi Peripherals.

    I have purchased this product definitely for not to be insulted by Rashi Peripherals. Very much dissappointed by this. Please advise, what shoud I do now?

    Unhappy misbehaving with customer

    I purchased a Altec lansing Model no VS4121BLK on 2010 feb . As it's warranty period is over so they are saying they can not replace or repair it as it's parts out of market. They behave like I am not their customer . Being a such a reputed company how can they behave with their customer.So if I purchase a product and if it's warranty period is over I will be in trouble.
