Hello,
I had purchased the pen drive on 16/11/2008, It stopped working after 2
days, he replaced it than in just 1 day. Again on 16/2/2009 it stopped
working now its already been 12 days & yet he has not replaced the pen
drive. I had inquired to other retailers & distributors that it takes
maximum 7 days to replace the pen drive from the transcend service center.
Normally it takes only 2 to 3 days. Please help... What should be done?
