Hello,
I had purchased the pen drive on 16/11/2008, It stopped working after 2
days, he replaced it than in just 1 day. Again on 16/2/2009 it stopped
working now its already been 12 days & yet he has not replaced the pen
drive. I had inquired to other retailers & distributors that it takes
maximum 7 days to replace the pen drive from the transcend service center.
Normally it takes only 2 to 3 days. Please help... What should be done?

I have bought a new pen drive from nehru place of HP (with bill) now after 2 weeks my pen drive is not getting detected i went to 3 service centres but they said they do not support HP Pen Drive then they sent me to Okhla Main Office B 81 Okhla Phase 2 they said they cant help it and sent me to A200 Okhla phase 1 they said HP dosent make pen drive and they gave me the number of Customer Care where there was no option to choose for HP pen drive and i spoke to everybody there but said they do not supoprt pen drive and i might go to chennai to get it replaced...shop keeper says he does not support but only sell things...i also complaint at HP site but there has been no response...dont know what to do..

Kindly forward your written complaint directly to the Head Office of the Co. and copy to the service centre. To get the replacement, if the pen drive is not repairable.

Dear Sir, I Purchased smart pen drive from Big Bazar Nagpur Wardhaman nagar Branch on dt 15/08/2009.It has got two years warranty.Since a week it is not working. Kindly guide me where should I go for repair/replacement to the outlet of HP or to the big bazar.

I have purchased a Hp pen Drive, now it stop working. Unfortunately I was not take the bill and warranty card from retailer but i have the packet of Pd on which 2 yrs warranty is written. The Mfg date is Aug 2009.Now Retailer refuse to service my pd as I have no warranty card.
