I purchased HP 4 GB Pendrive but now it is not working. I want to replace this in warranty but from where i will replace this? I went to all HP service center in udaipur but every one said me the they can not replace pen drive. please suggest me that how i can replace my pendrive in warranty period.

Dear Sir!
I bought a HP 4 GB pen drive from Nagpur in January and it is under warrenty.i live in Mumbai.
It stoped working and when i went back to the shopkeeper he said ,i need to go to HP office for replacing it . I gone to service center , they told me to contact to shopkeeper.
he said to call the phone number mentioned at the back of the cover of the drive and when i tried it-it is a non working number.
what shall i do.
please help.
