Hi I had bought a Dell Laptop charger for Inspiron E1705 from a Dell Dealer in Mega City Mall, Gurgaon on 16th March, 2009. I had asked him for a 90 Watt charger but he sold me 65 Watt one assuring that it will work fine. But upon using it , it did not give me satisfactory result and I asked him to change it. He asked for 2 days time to do the same but did not get me the correct charger. After that, whenever I called him he kept delaying for 1-2 days on the pretext that he's ordered it , the courier is delayed so on and so forth. Its been complete 1 month now and he's not even ready to take his charger back and return my money.
Kindly help me out with this.
