I Had applied for RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) for my HDD as it stopped working.It has been almost 45 days and they have not yet sent the replacement.Neither have they updated the status on the website,stating reason as under construction.The customer care doesn't pick up my call or puts me on hold for a long period like 30 min.Email complaints have also turned out to be futile.Pl reply as to what steps i should take.Also their website clearly indicates as the replacement period to be 3-5 business days.
