I am from Patna, Bihar.

I had bought a 8GB Transcend Pen Drive with Lifetime warranty through eBay online shopping network on dt. 23.06.2010.
I ha received the same on dt. 30.06.2010. After receiving I had taken back-up of my some important files on the drive. Now, when I tried to restore it on my PC, it is giving me the error message that file/folder is either corrupt or not accessible. So, I tried to open it on the drive itself and found that all the folders are created on it but no file is found in those folders. So, I finally identified that its a faulty drive. So, please advise me that how can I can claim my replacement for item purchased through online shopping network?
