I have this 500 Gb internal hard disk(Serial number- 9QM7XPRE). Last month it got some problem and I registered for replacement. I asked for data recovery and Seagate said I have to do with third party and I got their approval mail. I recover the data by paying 5000 Rs and put the data into a USB external 500 Gb seagate hard disk(Serial no: 2GE6D00F) which I purchased last month. I got the internal hard disk replaced from Seagate last week. But when I tried to put the data back to the replaced hard disk from the USB hard disk, I found that the USB External hard disk is not working. I know that I will get a replacement for the USB hard disk too. I also know that I have to go to a third party to get my data from USb hard disk. I am not ready to pay more money for data recovery. . In one month 2 of thier products got crashed. There is nothing wrong with the power system in my house as other hard disks are working fine. I need seagate to do these things for me.
1. Immediate action to get my data recovered free of cost.
2. Stat making quality products so that you wont lose your name.
